The app itself

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PRIME OS on devices you control. The license is tied to your activation code (or trial).

You may install on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Beyond 3 — your license may be flagged for review.

You may NOT: • Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the app • Remove proprietary notices or labels • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell copies of the app • Share your license code with others • Use automated tools to interact with the app at scale (bots) • Use the app in safety-critical environments (medical, automotive, aviation control)

PRIME OS source code, design, and brand remain our property. This EULA grants you a license to USE the app, not ownership.

Your data inside the app (tasks, notes, AI conversations, photos) is YOUR property. We do not claim ownership of user content.

When you enter API keys for Claude/Gemini/GPT in Settings, the keys are stored locally on your device, AES-encrypted in localStorage. Even we cannot read them.

You are responsible for keeping your keys secret. If your device is compromised, rotate the keys at your provider.

Costs incurred by your API usage are billed by the AI provider directly to you. We do not see or charge for AI usage.

We may release software updates. The app notifies you of new versions via an in-app banner.

Optional updates: you can defer with "Later" (24 hour snooze).

Mandatory updates: when the app falls below the minimum supported version, you must update to continue using paid features. We reserve this for security-critical fixes.

Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We try not to remove paid features without notice — if we do, you may request a refund.

PRIME OS uses open-source libraries (Next.js, React, lucide-react, Tailwind, etc.). License notices for these are included in the app under Settings → About → Open-source licenses.

Some of these may be MIT / Apache 2.0 / BSD licensed and grant you additional rights — those rights are not affected by this EULA.

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk. We are not liable for crashes, data loss, or misuse. Back up your data regularly (Settings → Export).

Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy (/welcome/privacy) and Terms of Service (/welcome/terms). Where there is a conflict, the Terms of Service take precedence.

This license terminates automatically if you violate it. Upon termination, you must uninstall the app.

You can terminate at any time by uninstalling.

The app may be subject to US/EU export controls. You may not use the app from a country embargoed by your jurisdiction.
