The deal between us

By installing or using PRIME OS you agree to these terms. Plain English: pay for a license if you want PRIME+, use the app responsibly, we are not liable for your life decisions. Full text below.

1. The service

PRIME OS is a personal life-operating system mobile app (Android, iOS coming) and website (prime-os.site). The service is provided by a single individual developer (referred to as "we" / "us") and licensed to you on a per-device, per-account basis.

PRIME OS includes: task management, money tracking, food diary, workouts, knowledge graph, and an AI agent ("Athena") that runs on YOUR API key (BYOK).

2. License grant

A PRIME+ license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the paid features for the duration of your plan (7-day trial / monthly / yearly / lifetime).

A trial license is automatically issued on first install (7 days). After expiration, paid features lock until you activate a paid license.

A "lifetime" license means "for the lifetime of the product" — that is, as long as PRIME OS continues to operate. We aim to keep it running indefinitely, but we cannot guarantee perpetual existence.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via OxaPay (crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB, SOL, TON, etc).

Prices are in USD. Crypto amounts are computed at checkout based on real-time rates.

After successful payment confirmation, your license code is emailed to you within 1 minute. If it does not arrive, check spam first, then contact support.

4. Refunds

Subscription plans (monthly / yearly): refunds available within 14 days of purchase if you have not actively used the service. Email support@prime-os.site with your transaction track_id.

Lifetime license: refunds available within 14 days of purchase.

Donations (under $5): non-refundable.

Crypto refunds are sent to the same wallet that paid. Network fees deducted from refund.

5. Revocation

We may revoke a license without refund if we detect: chargeback, fraudulent payment, license sharing across more than 3 devices, automated misuse, or violation of these terms. License revocation is logged with reason in our admin system.

6. BYOK and AI providers

PRIME OS uses Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) for AI. You bring your own API key from Claude / Gemini / GPT / Grok / Perplexity / Kimi.

You are responsible for: provider costs (their API charges), provider terms of service, content policies, regional availability.

PRIME OS does not proxy, intercept, or log AI traffic. Conversations go directly from your device to the AI provider using your key.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to: • Use PRIME OS for lawful purposes only • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code • Not redistribute or resell licenses • Not use the service to harm yourself or others • Comply with your AI provider's terms when using BYOK

PRIME OS is a TOOL. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships, work — are yours. We don't replace doctors, financial advisors, or therapists.

8. No warranty

PRIME OS is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI responses, fitness for any particular purpose, or absence of bugs.

AI responses can be wrong. Calorie counts from photo analysis are estimates. Financial categorization is heuristic. Always double-check critical decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to PRIME OS is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for: lost data (back up your data!), missed opportunities, business losses, indirect damages, or anything that does not directly result from our gross negligence.

10. Termination

You can stop using PRIME OS at any time. Settings → Delete account wipes all local data.

We can terminate your access if you violate these terms or for legal reasons. We will refund the unused portion of your subscription unless termination is for fraud/abuse.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence (currently — see imprint at /welcome/help). Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email at support@prime-os.site will be submitted to local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version number changes. When you next open the app, you will see the new version and accept it. Logged in consent_log.

If you don't accept the new version, you may stop using the service and request a pro-rated refund within 14 days.
